Registration for the 2020-2021 Season
The City of Plymouth Recreation Department will be handling program registration for the 2020-2021 season for all players (instructional, house and travel). Registration can be accomplished on-line or by walk in.
Information on PHA Registration and Program Fees:
House Hockey Registration Fee is $195 and includes the cost of house jerseys. This fee is paid on-line when you register your player with PHA. Travel Hockey Registration Fee is $95 and does not include the cost of jerseys.
Ice Fees during the season: Each coach/team requests the hours per week that they will skate. This will determine the monthly ice fees. These fees will be paid directly to the manager of the team on a monthly basis. Additional fees may be required (e.g., tournaments, team events, specialized coaching, etc) and will be included in your family s monthly payment due to the team.
USA Hockey Registration:
Parents will need to register their children with USA Hockey after being placed on a team. Team Managers will provide the parents with additional information on this process once teams are formed. USA Hockey Registration is free to children 6 & under. For last season, there was a $45 fee for children 7 & older.
Registration for house players is $195 and is open now through August 1, 2020. Prior to June 1st, returning PHA players will have priority registration and will be accepted to teams based on their registration date, followed by players that did not play for PHA during the 2020-2021 season. To ensure that kids are placed on a Plymouth team and not wait listed, house players are encouraged to register as early as possible. Please note: Up to $160 of the registration fee may be refunded if you make the request prior to July 1st. There will be NO REFUNDS after July 1st unless PHA is unable to place your player on a team in their age division.
All house players must attend the draft skate that will occur on a weekend in August still to be determined.
You will be contacted prior to the skate with additional information.
Travel players ($95) will need to register once they have been accepted to a team for the 2020-2021 season. Registration for travel will begin on July 1, 2020. Do Not register for a travel team unless you have been offered a spot on that team. Travel registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All players interested in travel hockey need to attend a team tryout. Travel tryouts are held during the spring/summer months and are scheduled by each team independently. Please refer to the Plymouth Hockey Association website, www.PlymouthHockey.us, for additional information.
Instructional Learn to Play Program
Registration for the Fall/Winter 2020-2021 will take place April through September. Program dates and costs will be posted on the Plymouth Hockey website when available.
