6U/8U HOUSE TEAMS

Season Ice Fees: 6U and 8U teams will have two shared practices during the week and play games on Sundays. *The season begins the week of September 1st and goes through mid-March. In addition to the PHA registration fee of $225 ($250 August 1st or later), there is a monthly per player fee for each division. These fees cover the cost for ice time that PHA rents for each team from PCC as well as the team registration fee for the I275 Hockey League. The fees do not include tournaments that the team may participate in during the season, warm-ups, referees (8U), team events, specialized coaching, etc. Additional fees for items not covered by the registration fee or designated ice fees will be collected independently by each team. Ice payments are due the 15th of each month, beginning August through December. Payments can be set up using credit card, debit card, or via ACH directly from your checking account (check routing). PHA does not accept physical checks, money orders, or cash.

TOTAL ICE FEES 6U/8U 2024-2025 SEASON: $975 ($195/month August-December)

10U/12U HOUSE TEAMS

10U/12U Season Ice Fees: 10U and 12U House teams will have 2-3 sheets of ice per week and will play home and away league games. 10U and 12U House teams are in control of their own team finances. PHA will send monthly invoices to the Head Coach and Team Manager from each team and they are responsible for collecting monthly ice bills directly from player families. In addition to ice fees, the monthly ice bill may include additional costs for league registration fees, referees, tournaments, team events, skills coaches, etc. Teams set their own monthly ice fee and method of payment(s) used to collect monthly ice bills. (ie: Venmo/Paypal) PHA provides teams with a budget template and requires teams to send their team budgets to the PHA Treasurer throughout the season. PHA and MAHA further require that each team provide an accounting to the parents or guardians of the players on the teams’ roster. All questions regarding monthly ice fees should be directed to the Head Coach and Team Manager.

IF a draft skate is needed, that will occur on a weekend in late August or early September still to be determined. You will be contacted prior to the skate with additional information.
